I came in here expecting the usual "car dealership" treatment and expecting an older car with high payments as i have terrible credit. Patrick helped me through the entire process it was pretty quick and easy. I ended up leaving in a 2016 car with super low miles. I loved the whole experience they really do help you get a very reliable vehicle. And do anything they can to work with you and your budget. I've bought a lot of cars in the past and thia is definitely a unoque and different atmosphere. I would recommend this place over any other dealership hands down!

Early this month, I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Royal Automotive. I came in with a firm price budget and while I did find a fairly priced car I was interested in, it was too far over budget. Maggie worked very hard with her manager to meet my bottom line, but in the end (I thought), it wasn't possible. Shortly after I left the dealership, I received a call from Maggie confirming my bottom line price. Needless to say, I returned to close the sale. I'm so happy I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Maggie was professional, courteous, and friendly, and I never fell pressured.
