I worked with JZ "Jeremy" and Damian. Jeremy was very patient with me, letting me take my time to drive each car, look over them as long as I wanted and was never pushy. Everyone I worked with made sure they were true to their word and made sure my car was spotless and full of gas before I left. Damian was super friendly and thoughtful. Thank you Everyone! I had an excellent experience shopping for a car for my son at Groove Used cars. They were helpful, it was no high-pressure sale and I felt the price was very fair. Jeremy was extremely helpful through the process and even after. He promptly mailed me the extra set of keys. And even a month later I called Jeremy because I had lost all the paper work from the sale of the car and he was very helpful in getting all the documents reprinted and sent them to me promptly. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a car.
David was really helpful from the start. The moment I called he made sure I felt calm and not stressed. When I had arrived he made me and my mom feel at home. He did everything to make you feel like you were gonna get a good deal. He takes his time going over every little detail. My expierence was great here. Our windshield wiper blade flew off in a storm on the way home. The grille fell off on our test drive. And the review mirror fell off. Beyond that the car is great.
I worked with Jameson and Elias in shopping for my used 2015 Subaru legacy. Jameson pretty much took me directly to the car I believed I want just going off of what I said I wanted in a car. My time is limited (I'm busy planning a wedding and new job) so he didn't pull me in different directions and was very direct in thinking what I would prefer. The process was quick and "painless". Was in and out the next morning with my new car! Elias made that process smooth and again got me in and out quickly to help me get back to the rest of my busy life! Great service.
Elias was great. Low pressure. Good dude. Mistakenly said we would have a 2 month warranty though this wasn’t available for our car. The used car showroom was a bit odd, salesman goes and whispers to the manager right in front of the customers. Car dealers are intentionally slow to evolve, I was surprised to see the same level of entropy even at a Subaru Dealer.
