- I saw a few marks and one indentation on the vehicle (all minor) and they were very willing to negotiate and are big fans of the Armed Forces

Personable salesmen and a quality selection of vehicles at fair market rates. Brandt and Doug went above and beyond to work with me, although in the end when a potential client points out the necessary mechanical issues to address, management will shy away from a deal. Would have loved to give 5 stars. :)
--- The only critique I had to this experience was that the process of getting the paperwork together for final signing was sluggish, only one other customer was in there at the time. But regardless, they're very helpful and willing to compromise. Highly recommend.
I tried and tried to like this place. I really did. Previously purchased from here, they tried to keep a part from my trade-in and had to argue to get it back, even though it was agreed upon to return it. Went back again to give it another shot. Wanted to purchase the 2007 RS4 currently on the lot. I made light of a MAJOR issue on the car to them and they refused to fix it or negotiate. Very disappointed how the pretend like there is no issue with the vehicle. I hope whoever purchases this car knows the huge bill they are getting for repairs. Sad guys. Pushing broken vehicles is truly poor but completely expected from this shady company. Will never be back
Great time there! Just bought my car there a few days ago (2016 Subaru Outback). The whole experience was worthwhile
- Their mechanics worked hard to remove the marks as much as possible
- I was in a unique situation (dropping off a rental car for a new one I was going to buy) and they offered to have their own employee drive me back after I dropped off my rental - way more than they need to do
- The financing agent, Moe, was very helpful and flexible with my situation (my bank wouldn't let me make a transaction greater than 3K, so we worked around that for the down payment)
I got my car repaired at Maximum Auto Search Collision. I was working with Jeff and he was wonderful to work with. He was professional, detailed, and took great care of me. They accepted my insurance claim and kept me in the loop on the progress of my repair. My car looked like new when I got it back and I was very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any family or friends. This is where I will take my car to get body work again!! They do not disappoint :)
