This company is not interpreting the HAFA short sale guidelines correctly. I left three messages for the team lead and they wont return any calls.
I got a call claiming it was part of LCS financials but it was a looping recording of person saying that they need to speak to you today and gives you a number that's different from the company number on google maps. The problem was I know I don't have any debt since I am a college student living with my parents and playing for my classes with my pell grant. When I call LCS financial services to verify it was them. They took their time to check if the number I was called with in their system and check their call logs. They even run my name in the system to see if I actually have debt and I didn't. Now I think it was a scammer using their company name to get my information.
Don't know anything about this company other than they have a massive parking lot that is about 10% filled at any given time with employees' vehicles, but despite a ton of open spaces, you are not allowed to park there for any reason. A security guard walked all the way out to my spot from the building, a good 100 yards or more, to chase me away. It's as if this is really a secret service building posing as a financial services company.
