Spoke with Brandon in 2016 regarding refinancing my car and my credit wasn’t where it needed to be to get the best refinance possible. Didn’t really think he would follow up a year later. But I was pleasantly surprised when I received his call from him in 2017. We went through the qualifying process for the refinance and with his hard work, persistence and great customer service he was able to reduce my interest rate from 12% to 3% and got me a HUGE reduction on my monthly car note.
