I wish i could give them zero stars. I was quoted approximately $150 for a budget truck rental and my account was charged for $400. Truck was in stellar shape when we returned it but they tack on all these fees and taxes and charged us over $100 in insurance that we didn't know we were getting.... will never use them again...
This place needs to be shut down immediately!!! They are scamming customers and ripping them off hundreds of dollars. Avoid this place no matter what. No one should have their money stolen by them like how these people do so many others. They have over drafted my account for days I did not even have the truck but the truck was in THEIR possession.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Make sure you walk the car and mark ever detail, especially the windshield and paint. I missed a crack in the windshield and that caused some serious pains when I returned the car.
They have also charged me $900 (plus the price of the rental AGAIN after already charging me for it) in insurance for a week when I already have my own insurance AND THEY KNEW IT! They "wanted to look at the quote for how much the insurance would cost" but in stead CHARGED ME FOR IT.
Thieves. They will take everything from you and act like egotistical pricks while doing so. They took money from my boyfriend when he was renting a truck for a few days. Over drafted our accounts. These people are con artist.

Then when you do try to talk to the person in charged there they all get an attitude with you because they KNOW they are wrong. Little punk thinks he is all big and tough when it comes to females thinking they will back down. They want when you STEAL their money!
Rented a car from here a little before Christmas. It is a little off the beaten pass but still easy to find. I was greeted with friendly service and all my questions were answered. My car was clean and I had problems other than I didn't care for the car which wasn't their fault. I returned the car at the airport which was easy to do with a shuttle there to give me a ride to the airport. I would recommend this place.
