Could not have been a better experience. Had a snafu with another car rental company and was stuck without a vehicle that would work in the mountains. Made a reservation Saturday night, arrived before store opening on Sunday. Staff let us in 15 minutes early, hooked us up with a great car and we were on our way before the place officially opened. A terrific staff and a great trip. A+ to Avis.

This is not even about my feelings, this is about how wrong and unethical the morons running the show at AVIS BUDGET are.
My experience started out in aurora, co location on Mississippi and chambers. Rented the car, the guy told me that he had only one car 50 bucks a day. Rented it for four days.
I had to speak with 6 customer service representatives before I spoke with a marvelous woman Jackie! She resolved the issue and got the claim started for me. I then spoke with 8 more customer service representatives, got hung up on three times, and had to inform them of how to do their job because they were not knowledgeable of how to process claims.
We rented a truck to move someone to Kansas. It's family run and operated. They are wonderful. I would rent from them again!! THANKS!!!
I'm concerned about the business ethics of this company. The discrimination and their business transactions are unprofessional and disgusting. The way most of the employees conducted themselves throughout this experience was just WRONG.

For starters, there is absolutely no reason I should have been given keys in the first place. Not only was the guy at the desk rude, but Avis customer service is clueless. Not only did leave Avis leave me stranded 1200 miles away from my destination, for a screw up on their end but took almost a month to reimburse me for the new rental from Enterprise!
They do not even deserve one star.
