This store is amazing! The general manager is superb! We moved from Texas and she helped fix a problem that another store created with me wedding ring. We bought an anniversary ring from this store and the stones kept falling out due to the sizing. She had them custom make one in the correct size. It is perfect. Then she recognizes me every time I come in for inspections on all my jewelry. Today my husband bought me an new pair of diamond earrings. She greeted him by name. She helped him select the perfect pair and said, "I know your wife's style and sparkly is best." She was absolutely correct! Customer service at it's best!
Don't go to the jewelry repair shop. Took my bracelet in to have a charm added to it on Monday. Went to pick it up on Friday and it was not fixed. Said they don't work on costume jewelry. This would have been nice to know on Monday OR maybe a phone call during the week?
Service is poor at best. Once you've made your purchase, they could care less about you. Doesn't make me want to be a repeat customer, especially for anniversaries, special occasions, etc. secret to good service is winning repeat business, and creating promoters of your brand that tell friends and family vs. detractors.

My first time making a purchase at this store has been a nightmare. I ordered a replacement Tag Heuer strap a few days before Thanksgiving and was told that it should arrive in around ten days. After nearly twenty days passed, I called them to inquire around 11 am on 12/7. I was told by Gale, who was very helpful, that she was not sure what was going on and apologized that I had to call them. She also told me that Kevin would be calling me back in at 1:30 pm when he returned. Kevin never called. I called back a little after 4 pm and Gale again answered. She was surprised that, despite Kevin telling her he would call back, he did not. She told me that Kevin was out to lunch until 4:30 and that she would make sure he would call. Again, very apologetic. Kevin then calls me and is unable to figure out what the issue is. He was very unapologetic and unhelpful. I asked him to call me the following day to give me an update and he says that I will have to wait until Friday. Today (Friday) he calls and tells me that the strap has been received by the home office and that it will arrive at some point early next week. I inquire about having it expedited so I could have a certain date and he tells me that given the circumstances (i.e., "Thanksgiving break") he would be unable to that. When I point out that Thanksgiving was no surprise when he told that it would take ten days for the strap to arrive, he stuck to it. Apparently, the sole issue was Thanksgiving (the issue that took him two days to figure out). I am extremely disappointed at the poor level of customer service I have received and will never shop at this store again. I would have cancelled my order, but, given the amount of trouble I have already gone through, decided not to put myself through anymore. Hopefully he calls when it arrives.
