I highly recommend Kriser's to anyone who cares about their pets. This place has the best products that you can't find in regular pet stores. The staff is always very friendly and to top it off, the prices are reasonable. I will not shop anywhere else for my cat's food!
I used to think Kriser's prices were higher than what is online but I have found that buying food online is actually a few dollars more expensive, waiting for it to arrive is inconvenient, and with Kriser's there is a rewards program so I get the occasional bag of food for free; it's pretty great.
I'm a long time customer of Krisers (at other locations) but recently moved closer to this one. I found the employee that was working to be somewhat unfriendly but, maybe it was just an off day. They do have a good selection. However, the parking lot is a nightmare to get into and out of. Too many businesses with too little of a parking lot!
We took our little dog in for a grooming and she was butchered! Her ears were choppy and uneven. Her face was shaven. Her body is so short and also uneven. Everyone that has seen my dog has exclaimed in terror. For the cost, we were robbed and our dog was given a terrible disservice. Our dog is a part of our family and I would be aghast if someone were to do this to one of my children. This was the last time we bring her to this location. We’ve been to other Krisers and been very happy. Very, very disappointed!!!
I like visiting this store better than Petco or Petsmart. The people working are always incredibly helpful and friendly. There's no evil fluorescent lighting or linoleum tile and they're always playing Pink Floyd or some kind of classic rock. I love the vibe. Though smaller than the typical large chain pet store, it's a place my dog and I feel comfortable in. They carry quality and healthy products and always help me find what is best for my dog.
We like them for grooming. They do a great job.
