I enjoy visiting this store and have no complaints.
Save your money and time. Whoever answers the phone is super rude all the time. This place needs to close. They DON'T have real jewelers and I'm not sure if they even know what a real jeweler is.
My husband bought my engagement and wedding rings in another state over 5 years ago, and it's been really easy and pleasant working with this store. We didn't have the papers for the ring, but they were able to quickly and easily look it up and verify our insurance plan.
Great service this is my favorite jarred I have no idea why the bad reviews on here good sales people and a great repair shop fast and perfect work!... don't go to the mills go to this one the shop at the mills damaged the prong real bad
I've been to this particular store several times now, and every single time I go, I'm greeted by one or more employees right away. They are always professional and willing to help me out. There is a little section for kids to play, with some toys and a little climbing gym with a slide, and that makes it much easier for me to go as I have two little kids.
My fiance got my engagement ring here and it looks great! I've had it for about a year and a half with no issues with the diamonds whatsoever. Furthermore, we just went back to find a wedding band to match and found exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was great. Looks like they've had poor reviews in the past, but I've not had any problems in the past two years. I also have a diamond necklace from here which I am very happy with.
Totally deceptive sales tactics. A year ago I would have given this place 4 stars, before finding out that the employee that sold me a $700 watch was wrong about how long it takes to service it. I'll now be without a watch 6-8 weeks instead of the 2--3 promised. Like ton many companies today Jared does nothing to earn their customers. I spoke with a manager said I felt deceived and asked if they would be willing to exchange the watch for credit in house and was simply told no with no offer to help make it right. Time to find another jeweler!
