Very clean and up-to-date facility. Cafeteria is a little sad, but enjoyed the tours and classes here. They also have a coffee bar upon entering, and the staff is very friendly.
Labor and delivery is amazing here! The nurses work very hard for you and really seem to care. They were amazing and helped me and my family so much during our labor and delivery and recovery. I will recommend this hospital to everyone!
Best experience I have ever had at a hospital. The ER staff fully listened to everything I said when describing my pain. I was checked on and kept updated on everything. Going to any ER has always been a rocky experience for me, but not this time. I felt beyond comfortable and well taken care of. My Doctor Don and Nurse Simon were over and beyond amazing
My stay here, I didn't particularly enjoy the food or food service, which was why I give it 4 stars.
I was treated at the emergency room for a dislocated ankle. Service was fine. The reason this is a one star review is because of the billing process. I didn't receive an invoice in the mail or via email for months after my visit. I called the billing department and ended up paying my balance over the phone. I thought that was the end of it. It wasn't. A year later I get a call from Alpine Credit (a collection agency) saying I still owed the hospital 50 dollars from that visit and this has just been reported to the credit bureaus. I hadn't been contacted in any way about this outstanding debt until it was too late.
Unfortunately, I have stayed there over 20 times but I haven't really had any bad experiences. The admissions process is easy and the staff is very helpful. They nurses are awesome, the rooms are very clean and the food is actually really good.
