We recently discovered that we had some damage to our home which we were selling. The stucco finish when installed had been done improperly, allowing some moisture to get into the walls on the home. After calling several other contractors I had the pleasure of talking to Colleen at AGS Construction Inc. She set up a very quick appointment for an estimate. She then worked with my schedule to get the repairs started. “Big Z” and his crew always arrived when I was told they would be there, even though we are over an hour from Denver. The crew kept me informed as to what they were doing and what needed to be done. They would take the time to answer any questions I had as I would occasionally observe them at work. At the end of each day the clean-up was superb. The attention to detail as they matched the color of the stucco was second to none. The repairs were completed within the time frame that I was promised.
They cancelled their initial estimate appointment, the day before it was supposed to happen, after waiting over 2 weeks. They called and rescheduled for today at 11:30. My wife rearranged her schedule to be available. At 12:30 still no show, so I called the office. Ashley told me that the driver couldn't find my house, so I sent her the exact location in a google earth .kmz file. She gave me the estimators cell number, I called him with no answer. I called him back an hour later and he answered. Told me that he made it to my gate, turned around and left, because the office girl had two numbers transposed 32252 instead of 32225. Mind you, I live on 60 acres and the first number doesn't exist. Instead of knocking on the door to inquire, after driving 60 miles, he just headed off to the next job. When I tried to contact his boss, Gary, I was given the runaround and told that they would have him call me. Well, I'm still waiting to hear from them. I called the office again, just now, and Ashley now tells me that they "don't do work out there anymore".

Kudos to AGS Construction staff and ownership. I will definitely refer this company and use them exclusively in the future.
It is refreshing to have a business respond to a request quickly and professionally. Gary Stevens made sure that our meeting matched our schedule and was on time. He asked all the needed questions to best understand our needs for our tenant finish at our new showroom. Once this was done his employees followed through with all that was discussed. What was most impressive was that when the work was complete the work area was cleaner than when the crew started.
This company was contracted to complete work to the exterior of the condo unit in which I live. The HOA and this company had issues with "billing" specifically, AGS not starting the job on time and over spending their initial bid. They then chose to SUE EVERY INDIVIDUAL HOMEOWNER within the unit. The HOA Apologized for this and made things right, and AGS has the nerve to leave a note on everyones door thanking them. This company didnt start any work for 4 months while scaffolding was covering our porches.
I would highly recommend AGS Construction Inc. for any reconstructive repairs that you might have.
