Cannot say enough amazing things about this practice and its staff! We started our daughter here as a newborn and have had nothing but support and encouragement from them in terms of exclusively breastfeeding. When we were concerned about her weight gain they made sure to fit us in for extra appointments to come up with a game plan to make sure she stayed at her best health. Never once did we feel pressured to go a route with her health that we were not comfortable with. Jen has always been on our side with the ultimate goal being a happy, healthy baby. We love them!
I am a single first time Mom who needs every resource I can get in this Clinic turns out to be a great one. Every doctor I've seen at this Clinic has been very informative and helpful, and everybody at this Clinic is very good with my daughter. This is a huge step up from the pediatrician I left! The doctors and nurses are skillful and make babies and children very comfortable. They explained the ins and outs of anything you ask, they are prompt and friendly, the clinic itself is beautiful, etc. I would recommend this doctor to everybody.
Always a warm and welcoming atmosphere here! Our family loves this place and everyone who works here from front desk to doc's. Our 14m old has been going here since birth, they know us by name, as well as what's going on in our everyday lives, yes they remember! You are treated like family (that they like). We definitely have built a strong rapport with everyone here. As a first time mother I really appreciate every single one of my many questions addressed and answered without making me feel like a Hypochondriac mother. I have never gotten anything less than encouragement and reassurance from Dr's Jennifer, and Mary. We would HIGHLY recommend them! These guys are rock stars in my eyes!
Love this practice! Great rooms with very flexible scheduling! We were very surprised with how quickly we were seen (as we had arrived with new insurance information) as well as how quickly we were out with a feeling of relief and satisfaction due to our child's condition. The staff is very friendly and attentive as a first time mom I always ask tons of questions and they are very patient and through. Always offering a variety of solutions to choose from. I really love being able to call day and night sometimes saves an office visit, sometimes they give me quick relief strategies and sometimes we need to go in - I always feel like they care.
I have been taking my son here for just over a year and I love this place more and more. The providers are great. They listen, they have great suggestions, and they follow up. Reaching them after hours is easy and helpful. My son has had several challenges in the past year and each time, our experience with IPHC has been great.
