BRING FULL PAYMENT
I work my ass off delivering pizza just to get by paying my bills month to month yet these people have denied me access to court appointed legal council even though I qualify for it for another related case in Arapahoe county. Now I have to bury myself in debt in order to fight charges of which I am not guilty. This place is corrupt.

If this place were anything other than a "court" it would be called a public nuisance. The fines that are doled out here are outrageous, as are the two hour evening wait times to see the prosecutor and Judge. One of the local citizens that I spoke to was sentenced to a $700 fine for a traffic ticket. Another woman spent two hours waiting with her four kids to plead not guilty. She was then charged $25 dollars to request a jury trial. It's hard to be respectful of the law when it seems that the fine schedule is being used to support the Judge's salary.

Be at least 45 min early, first come, first served. I was 45 min early to the 4:00pm court time and got assigned arraignment #2. At 4:40 i was called to the prosecutor, explained my situation(why i hadn't paid online and gotten the point reduction), she understood and honored the original reduction which was more than what she would have given knowing my driving record. I accepted here deal then she took me to the lady you pay, completely skipping the actual judge/court part, i paid in full and was out the door in less than an hour.
