The cashiers are very unprofessional at this location. I was in front of the line and there were at least 5 people waiting behind me. One cashier was working continuously while the other two ladies cashiers were sitting on the cashier's desk and chatting and roaming around the store going back and forth..it looked like the waiting line was invisible to them. if you are not willing to serve the customers, why open the store and create the confusion and waste other people's time?I complained the manager as well..looks like she isnt interested in the situation at all...
We like Ross, we can always find something_ go for one thing, come out with 4 bags! Lol happens every time.
I don't understand why every restroom in Ross is always so filthy no matter which Ross I go to the bathrooms are always disgusting . The floors, the walls and toilets, are gross.I know it's a clothing store but, they can't have anyone clean the restrooms? It's bad enough that the fitting rooms are as disgusting as the restrooms.
Convenient location, great prices. Don't always have the greatest selection but you have to keep going back periodically to find stuff you like.
