These guys are great. They went out of their way to find 2 discontinued rims for me and did it with no hassle. Great customer service as well, all of their team members were willing to help.
My husband called these guys for our tires, they said they could have them in the following day, and they did.. These guys are really busy, but every time a customer walked in, if they werent greeted by someone up front, someone from the back always walked up to them and greeted them.. Great, customer service! They said 45 min. - 1 hr. And they Did! They are very prompt.. Waiting area is nice and clean, kinda relaxing area.. We Definitely recommend these guys!
These is its out the WRONG size tire on. When I came back they offered to put on a new matching set. I told them that I had a 200 no trip and it needed to be done right. As soon as I picked the car up and was on my way, the tire light came on and the tires began losing air. I called and left a message as it was after hours, demanding that they call me back and that I better be safe on my trip. No returned phone call. When I tried to fill with air, no air would go in and just drained out. This is unbelievable!
I had any appointment error but they were able to not only got me in but give me a great deal on 4 new tires!
